The 1963 Chryslers were sold using "crisp custom look" and "its clean crisp lines" among similar phrases . The 300 gave "sports car excitement with deep seat comfort". The choice of power plants was a 305 V8 with twin barrel carb or the larger 305 V8 with 4 barrel carb both producing exciting performance. The interior was luxurious having thick pile carpets. This 300 was very much at the top of the range and sold well.
